Shipping Policy
Easy Puffs ships products within Canada only. We do not accept or process orders from outside Canada.
Order Processing & Timing
Orders received before 12:00 PM EST will generally be processed and shipped the same business day. Due to high demand, we recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure same-day processing. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will typically ship the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We use a variety of trusted Canadian carriers, including Canada Post Business Expedited, Xpresspost, and alternative services like Canpar, UPS, Dimex, Loomis, or FedEx, depending on location and service availability. Packages containing lithium-ion batteries may be downgraded to standard business expedited shipping, which could add 1–4 days depending on your location.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are sent once your package is scanned at the courier’s sorting facility, not immediately when the order is processed. You will receive tracking notifications directly from the courier, usually on the evening of the same day your package is scanned.
Delivery Times
Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days locally; 2–6 business days nationally.
Xpresspost shipping: faster delivery depending on destination.
Please note that weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Expedited shipping: flat rate $10 for orders $10–$99. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.
Xpresspost: $15 plus a location-based surcharge for orders $10–$99. You may upgrade to Xpresspost during checkout.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in qualifying GTA areas. If eligible, this option will appear during checkout or under the “SAME DAY GTA+ DELIVERY” menu.
Address Accuracy
Please provide your full and complete address, including apartment or unit numbers. Incomplete addresses may cause shipment delays or cancellations. Any return shipping fees due to incorrect information will be passed on to the customer.
Insurance & Liability
Basic Canada Post coverage only insures up to $100 for lost or damaged parcels. Customers may choose to purchase additional insurance if they require higher coverage. Glass items such as tanks or bongs are not covered for breakage under standard shipping.
Age Verification
All shipments require proof of age upon delivery. Recipients must be at least 19 years old (or the legal age in their province). Failure to provide ID or refusal to sign may result in the package being returned, with return shipping costs charged to the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
Claims for missing or damaged packages must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Contact support@easypuff.ca for assistance. Initiating a separate investigation with the courier may delay resolution.
Out-of-Stock Items
Products that are out of stock at the time of order will be communicated to customers via email. Customers have 48 hours to respond; otherwise, the item will be removed from the order, and a refund will be issued for that item.
Special Notice
High volumes, strikes, or other disruptions may affect shipping times. We strive to notify customers of any significant delays and may suggest cost-sharing for unusually high shipping fees during such events.
