Warranty & Returns
we want you to be happy with every purchase! Please let us know if you experience any issues so we can evaluate and assist on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty Period
We offer a no-cost 90-day warranty on most products from the date of purchase. This covers defects confirmed by our team through inspection or testing. During this period, we handle warranty claims directly, including working with manufacturers on your behalf.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many products carry their own manufacturer warranties. Because suppliers and policies vary, Easy Puffs will manage claims within the first 90 days to make the process easy for you. We may require testing of the product to determine the root cause before issuing a replacement.
Returns Authorization
All returns must be pre-approved. Please email support@easypuff.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the product, issue, and original order details. For products with serial numbers, retaining this information is the customer’s responsibility, as it may be required for warranty claims.
Exclusions
Products like RBA, RBT, hybrid devices, and mechanical mods are not covered, as performance depends on user modifications or builds.
Glass items (tanks, bongs) are not covered for shipping damage unless additional shipping insurance is purchased.
Atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, and products with decorative elements (wood, patterns, plastic, etc.) may not be returned due to cosmetic preferences.
Modifications or software changes made after delivery void warranties.
Insurance & Shipping Issues
If a package is missing, damaged, or contains missing items, Easy Puffs will assist in filing claims with the courier. Replacement products will be issued based on the courier’s findings. Items valued under $10 may be credited rather than replaced.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or not collected, the customer is responsible for shipping, return fees, and a 15% restocking fee. This fee also applies to underage orders or orders returned due to incomplete ID verification.
Returns for Refund
Normal returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unopened, in new condition, and resaleable. Contact support@easypuff.ca for a Return Authorization number before sending items back. Shipping back to Easy Puffs is the customer’s responsibility.
Cosmetic Disclaimer
Easy Puffs cannot be responsible for cosmetic issues that do not affect product functionality. Minor marks, color variations, or packaging imperfections are not covered under warranty.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Clearance, excise sale, and untaxed items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or warranty.
E-liquids or products containing e-juice cannot be returned after December 25th.
Disposable Products
Disposables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival (DOA). Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must include original packaging and excise stamps. Tracking must be sent to support@easypuff.ca within 24 hours of shipping the return.
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure packages are tracked when returning products.
Report missing or delayed packages within 7 days of delivery notification.
Retain serial numbers or other product identifiers as needed for warranty claims.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to unclaimed orders, refused deliveries, or returned packages not qualifying under warranty or normal return rules. Shipping costs may also apply.
