All Easy Puffs products are for adults only. You must be 19 years or older (or the legal age in your province) to place an order. Age verification may be required at checkout or upon delivery.

We accept E-transfer only. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. No banking credentials are stored on our system.

Easy Puffs ships discreetly across Canada only. We do not ship internationally.

Orders placed before 12 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day. The standard delivery time is 2–4 business days.

Yes! Tracking numbers are sent once your package is scanned at the courier’s sorting facility. You will receive tracking notifications directly from the carrier.

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Contact support@easypuff.ca immediately if you need to make changes.

Most products include a 90-day warranty for defects. Returns must be approved via support@easypuff.ca. Exclusions include disposables after 48 hours, glass items damaged in shipping without insurance, modified products, and clearance items.

Same-day delivery is available in qualifying GTA areas. If eligible, this option will appear at checkout or under “SAME DAY GTA+ DELIVERY.”

If your package is missing or damaged, contact us at support@easypuff.ca immediately. We will assist with courier claims and replacement as applicable. Packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery notification for support.
